1. Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted at the discretion of the management. However, we generally honor refund requests in the following situations:

• Technical Error: If a technical error resulted in a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount being charged.
• Unauthorized Use: If the donation was made without your consent or knowledge.

You must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Cancellation Policy

For recurring donations, you may cancel your monthly donation at any time by contacting us or through your user profile settings. No future payments will be charged after cancellation.
